The Ecclesiastical Liberation Counsel (ELC) was formed in 2021 by a collective body of members from various houses and congregations. Currently, the elders of the ELC consists of a host of native Moors who are here to assist in the recovery of our lost sovereignty and to place our country, the de jure Morocco, back into the hands and will of the people for the abolishment of ALL colonial powers and any monarch control pursuant to the Proclamation and Declaration of Independence of the Unified Dominions of Morocco (UDOM), exercising collectively, our right to self-determination in harmony with international law as a free independent nation pursuant to our reservation of rights contained within all treaties signed between Morocco and the European nations.
